The Department of Business Administration is committed to training business leaders for today’s marketplace who perform with excellence, character, and integrity. University of Valley Forge’s (UVF’s) business administration students graduate as servant leaders who will impact the global marketplace. The program integrates Christian values in today’s business world. Whether you want to be a corporate executive, accountant, or entrepreneur, a business administration degree from UVF can help you achieve your vocational calling. You will master skills in critical thinking, human relations, global business and leadership, while learning to effectively manage organizational resources for profit or non-profit organizations.

Bachelor’s Degrees

The Accounting program prepares students to steward resources and make financial decisions necessary in a church or business.

Students pursuing a degree in General Business will be able to apply sound decision making to financial, human resources, and management situations in the business setting. Throughout the program, students will learn to integrate Christian principles and professional administration in a profit or non-profit setting.

This online degree will prepare students to effectively manage organizational resources for a profit or non-profit organization, and apply sound decision making to financial, human resources, and technological situations.

Global Business majors will develop the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate diverse forms of information in order to solve problems and make sound decisions, in a domestic or international business setting.

Students with this focus will develop the business skills necessary for managing and leading a profit or non-profit. Good oral and written communication skills will be practiced in order for students to effectively express ideas in professional settings. Students will be able to create and lead a cross-functional team in order to accomplish organizational goals. Graduates of the program will be prepared as servant leaders in the marketplace and the church.

The Marketing program is a great fit for the up-and-coming entrepreneur or those gifted with creativity or natural sales ability. In this program students will learn marketing theory, how to create digital content, how to track analytics, and Christ-centered leadership principles to carry hard work and integrity into the workplace.

The Music Business and Technology program is designed to instruct and prepare individuals for jobs in the music industry and similar fields of interest. UVF is committed to producing business leaders of high ethical and technical caliber.

The UVF Sport Management major will help students develop a broad understanding of the sport management field, providing exposure to the multiple career opportunities available. Students will learn the business side of sports and explore the technologies used in the field, all taught from a perspective that equips servant leaders to impact the marketplace. Students will also have a variety of opportunities for hands-on learning through field experience, internships, and community service.

The online Master of Business Administration will help students become more effective managers and executives in business by providing a framework for understanding business systems and for developing system-wide strategies. Taught from a Christian worldview, the curriculum equips students with business leadership principles and practices that will serve them in their current employment and maximize their future career potential.

Master of Arts in Organizational Development

The online Master of Arts in Organizational Development will help students become more effective organizational development and human resources professionals / leaders by providing a framework for understanding organizational systems and for developing system-wide strategies. Taught from a Christian worldview, the curriculum equips students with organizational development / human resources principles and practices that will serve them in their current employment and maximize their future career potential.

Master of Arts in Organizational Development – Human Resource Management

The online Master of Organizational Development – Human Resource Management will help students learn people and management skills as well as strategies for both their department and company. The Christ-centered curriculum shows students not only how to lead their department professionally, but how to impact them spiritually as well, tying Christianity into their career.

Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program offers deep knowledge of the art and science of modern leadership models. It is a versatile alternative to the traditional MBA in that it focuses on emotional intelligence, leading with Christian values and ethics, team building, organizational psychology, strategic thinking, and much more.
