Master of Organizational Leadership

Master of Organizational LeadershipThis program is designed as a framework of organizational systems that help to not only improve, but fully develop you as a leader with emphasis in team building, organizational psychology, biblical values and business ethics, strategic thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution.

Through the Master of Organizational Leadership program, you will:

  • acquire the skills necessary to effectively lead organizations
  • understand the dynamics of global and multi-cultural environments
  • learn about organizational behavior 
  • develop strategic plan through implementation
  • prepare budgets and financial planning
  • learn about financial management and risk management for organizational decision-making
  • demonstrate effective use of technology and processes for feedback and implementation

The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) is a hybrid program that includes an online cohort to accommodate working adult schedules.


Masters in Organizational Leadership Application

To be eligible for acceptance into the MOL program, you must:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Complete and submit the Graduate Student Online Application.
  • Submit official undergraduate and graduate transcripts. Send official transcripts of credits earned at all institutions of higher education. This program will accept up to six transfer credits of graduate education, depending on applicability.
  • Submit a letter of reference from your organization endorsing your participation in the program, or from a recent professor.
