NEW STUDENT CHECK-IN

9:00am – 1pm

New students will check-in by last name as follows:

• • A – I = 9AM-10AM
  • J – R = 10AM-11AM
  • S – Z = 11AM-12PM

We’re excited to see our new students on campus! Our goal is to make your transition to campus as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Begin planning your arrival now with this helpful information. Potential students that have already applied to UVF can check their PURL (personal URL) for the status of their forms, other campus life information, etc. Additionally, new students can check their myValleyForge for links to resources like the student handbook, housing information, and more. If you have questions we have not answered through the links below, contact our Admissions Office for help!

The DETAILED CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL SCHEDULE will give you a good overview of what’s happening from the day you arrive on campus until classes begin.

The NEW STUDENT INFORMATION brochure will tell you important information about residence halls, rooms, and room furniture, what to pack/bring to college, parking, and much more.

The FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS brochure will give you the answers to the questions parents and students ask most.

FALL ATHLETES of women’s and men’s soccer, men’s and women’s cross-country, and women’s volleyball:

• Orientation is on Thursday, August 18 from 3-5pm in Cardone 101. Coaches will hand out more detailed pre-season schedules there! Parents will depart and say goodbye by 3pm.
